CMFWeblog: MovableType and MetaWeblog APIs implemented

During an inspired evening today, I implemented support for the MovableType and
MetaWeblog APIs on CMFWeblog. It was quite nice to do it, even by
trial and error :)

I had trouble finding the MetaWeblog API spec, and even understanding
what it was about, so I started by looking around the source of
Pyrite BlogAuthor until I figured out everything that the API
needed to implement.

I tell ‘ya. All those APIs cause a lot of confusion. Not even that:
Pyrite also uses them in combination! I don’t know exactly what is the
state of this in other clients. I only tried Pyrite and Zempt. The
latter was recommended to me by Arnia, who’s willing to help on a
better skin for CMFWeblog.
