Python 2.3 is out on the streets

And for those that like me were too busy to notice, Python 2.3 is
out on the streets, and has a handful of new features, including
improved speed, thanks to the removal of SET_LINENO opcodes, and a new
improved version of IDLE, from the IDLEFork project.
