Experimental Plone 2.5 beta 2 installer with Zope 2.9

Hi all.

(Update: Please use the nightly builds instead.)

I’ve fixed the last one or two serious issues and have now a

working installer
for Plone 2.5 beta 2 using Zope 2.9 (except the installer still says beta 1).

If the brave folks running Windows out there can give it a try and report back any issues, I would appreciate a lot.

  4. Missing MSVCR71.dll
I did a clean install on a clean virtual machine Windows Server 2003 and it failed because it was missing MSVCR71.dll. I installed Python 2.4.3 from python.org (the MSI) and re-ran your install and it worked.

  5. Installer info
    Sidnei,
The installer info dialog says that is installing Python 2.3. After installation the Plone about dialog shows Python 2.4.3.
    (Just cosmetic…)
